GodHavoc: Chaos Simulator ("the App") is an idle RPG game. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.
Game save data. Your hero progress, settings, inventory, bloodline history, and preferences are stored locally on your device using iOS UserDefaults. This data never leaves your device and is not transmitted to any server.
Purchase information. If you subscribe to the Eternal Chaos God Pack, your purchase is processed entirely by Apple through StoreKit and by RevenueCat (our subscription management provider). We receive only your subscription status (active or inactive). We never see or store your payment details, Apple ID, or billing information.
We do not collect personal information such as your name, email, or address. We do not collect device identifiers, advertising identifiers, or location data. We do not use analytics SDKs or track usage patterns. We do not share any data with third parties for marketing or advertising purposes.
RevenueCat. We use RevenueCat to manage in-app subscriptions. RevenueCat processes purchase receipts from Apple to verify subscription status. RevenueCat's privacy policy is available at revenuecat.com/privacy.
Apple StoreKit. All in-app purchases and subscription billing are handled entirely through Apple's system. Apple's privacy policy applies to payment processing.
The App may request permission to send local push notifications for hero events, comeback reminders, and offline progress updates. These notifications are scheduled entirely on your device. No notification data is sent to any server. You can disable notifications at any time through iOS Settings.
All game data is stored locally on your device. We do not operate servers that store user data. Deleting the App permanently removes all stored data.
The App is rated 12+ and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Since all data is stored locally on your device, you have full control. You can delete all data by deleting the App or using the in-app "Reset All Progress" option in Settings.
We may update this policy. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance.
