By downloading or using GodHavoc: Chaos Simulator ("the App"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
GodHavoc is an idle simulation game. All characters, events, and scenarios are fictional and intended for entertainment purposes only. The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
The App is rated 12+. By using the App, you confirm you meet this age requirement or have parental consent.
The App offers optional auto-renewable subscriptions ("Eternal Chaos God Pack"):
Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the rate of your selected plan.
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your device's Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions. Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

The subscription unlocks: ad-free experience, faster adventure events, 1.25x XP boost, 2x offline progress, premium shopkeeper prices, and bonus crafting materials. Core gameplay is available free of charge.
Hero names you create are stored locally on your device. We do not collect, transmit, or store any user-generated content on servers.
You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App. You may not distribute the App through unauthorized channels or use it for any unlawful purpose.
All content, graphics, and code in GodHavoc are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. Reproduction or distribution requires explicit written permission.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time for violation of these terms.
We may update these terms. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
