BASECOAT is a skincare routine tracker that provides personalized routines, progress tracking, and AI-powered skin analysis. The App is for informational and educational purposes only.
BASECOAT does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The AI Skin Scan feature, routine recommendations, and ingredient analysis are for informational purposes only and should not replace professional dermatological advice. If you have a skin condition or concern, consult a qualified healthcare provider.
BASECOAT offers auto-renewing subscription plans:
Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the rate of the selected plan.
You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your device's Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.
The App provides core features at no cost, including a basic skincare routine, streak tracking, skin profile scoring, and ingredient scanning. Premium features require an active subscription.
The App recommends skincare products from third-party brands. We are not affiliated with these brands unless explicitly stated. Product availability, pricing, and formulations may change without notice. Links to external retailers are provided for convenience.
The AI Skin Scan feature analyzes photos you submit to provide general observations about skin hydration, texture, clarity, and evenness. Results are generated by an AI model and may not be accurate. Do not make medical decisions based on AI Skin Scan results.
Photos you submit for AI analysis are processed in real time and are not stored after analysis. All other personal data (skin profile, routines, progress) is stored locally on your device.
You agree to use the App for its intended purpose. Do not attempt to reverse engineer the App, abuse the AI analysis feature, or use the App in any way that violates applicable laws.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to skin reactions from recommended products or reliance on AI analysis results.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
